ANNOUNCEMENT:
Beginning Monday September 14, 2026, PCCS Food Pantry will return to the Willard Outreach Community Center. We will return to our regular hours with client choice. Our hours will be 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday with client choice. Friday will be 10:30 am – 1:00 pm, Emergency Boxes only (no client choice). You may come to the center no earlier than 10:30 am daily. There will be a sign up sheet outside for you to sign when you arrive and then you will return to your car. We will open the doors after the donations are received around 11:45 for you to come in and complete intake. The pantry line will start at 12:30 pm and you will be called in the order you arrived and signed in. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while undergoing the renovations. We look forward to serving you and returning to our normal operating procedures.
Founded in 1982, PCCS is a nonprofit community resource center serving the citizens of Pender County. We offer resources and support in times of need through our food pantry, thrift store, and other programs and services.
With the help of our volunteers, the PCCS Pantry serves thousands of residents every year. Last year, we distributed 182,838 pounds of food!!
Thank you to everyone for your food and monetary donations, and also to everyone who donates to or shops in our thrift store. Working together, we are making sure that no one goes hungry in Pender County.
